Sal sold me a Camry in 2002.  It was a very good experience and I made an appointment with him to buy my 2009 Camry.  The employees listened to what I wanted, offered opinions, and waited for me to decide what I would choose.  The salesman and the alarm system mechanic were excellent.  The service was certainly very professional.  The young woman who took my complaint about the alarm was excellent for the same reason.
