Job Description:

We are currently seeking friendly, assertive and money driven Sales Professionals for both phone sales as well as showroom sales. Our sales associates enjoy a highly entrepreneurial, fast paced culture based on team work. You would sell both new & used, as well as deal with lease returns, buyouts and retention. Your  are responsible for understanding the customers needs and putting them in vehicles based on their individual desires. As well as pre AND post sale follow up to start AND maintain customer relationships that encourage continued business with all aspects of our dealership.

Requirements:

·         High school degree or equivalent, college degree preferred

·         Excellent interpersonal skills

·         Strong communication skills

·         Flexible style (a “do what ever it takes” approach)

·         Ambitious results-oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive

·         Aptitude for problem solving (a consultative sales approach)

·         Valid & Clean driver’s license

·         Ability to work Full-time

·         Bilingual a plus

·         Auto and/or Internet sales experience a plus
