“ I've been bringing my Toyota to Crystal Auto Mall since I purchased the car back in January of 2017 and have never had a problem. The employees in their service department have always been very friendly and informative. This past visit was different. My previous visit they stated my brakes would have to be checked to see if it was time to do maintenance on them. This current visit, all of a sudden the brakes were fine and it's the tires that may need replacing. I found it very confusing that all of a sudden the brakes were fine, when no maintenance has been done on them. Also this last time was the first time I wasn't given a printout of the work that was completed on my car and what may or may not need maintenance done. ”

“ The oil change and tire rotation went off as planned. No problem excellent service. Upon getting into my car, I found my key fob removed and put into a cup holder. I guess the service tech (or whoever removed it) took offense to the key fob I had on it- a Greenbrook GMC fob. I also have a steering wheel cover on my steering wheel. There are a few bits missing previously. When I turned the wheel, a 3 inch piece came off in my hand. If the tech(or whoever) said I took a piece off by accident, I would have said "OK, no big deal, I know it was damaged." These seem to minor transgressions, but I could have been told. A simple courtesy. I suspect I will have to examine my Rav4 every time I take it for service. ”

My experience says that Crystal Toyota is clearly the most reliable and capable service department. They are a bit pricey but when a service is done the problems are fixed on all occasions. Very impressive. ”

“ Great place to purchase your next Toyota. Salesman Kelvin was phenomenal on showing me around and dedicating his knowledge on each car we saw. Great cars, great prices and great service by the salesman. Gave it 4 star because manager KEVIN wasn't the best person to negotiate with. He was very fast and felt like he wanted us out. Didn't even explain the numbers well enough for us to get it. As i was negotiating someone else purchased the car i was negotiating, pretty unprofessional and the manager Kevin didn't do nothing or even apologize for that. i I suggest talking to a different manager or owner if negotiating. Very disappointing at that but overall great place. If buying your next Toyota go to Kelvin, great down to earth guy that will suit all your needs on your purchase. ”
